Life Through a Lens 

Children from Oak Tree Primary School teamed up with local photographer Laura Thomas, to create some amazing images of their local environment, along a special 'Phototrail' in Watercress Fields.

Watercress Fields is within easy walking distance of their school, and the river Great Stour meanders through the park. Once they had learnt how to use both the cameras and the trail, they set off, taking pictures along the way. The trail encouraged children to take photographs in creative ways. 

Once back at school the children held an assembly to explain their work to the rest of the school and put a display up in the school hall so that everyone could enjoy their pictures. You can see the photographs by clicking the link below.
